Cezary Dmowski is a seasoned technology executive and co-owner of Mansourcing and ITSG Global, where he is serving as CTO. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, he specializes in driving innovation and managing complex technical projects across international markets.

Cezary leads a dynamic technical organization, directly managing seven team leaders overseeing interdisciplinary teams across US, Poland, and DACH markets. His expertise spans strategic technology planning, business development, and technical leadership for mission-critical projects, including the successful implementation of MBO/CRM systems for major financial institutions in Poland. As an AI technology advocate, he guides businesses in implementing thoughtful AI strategies, focusing on finding the right balance between private and public AI models, addressing cloud security challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance in AI deployments.

Prior to his current role, Cezary worked at McKinsey & Company from 1998 to 2003 as IT External Support Team Leader, where he managed over 100 client projects, specializing in data mining and bespoke solution development.

Cezary’s educational background includes artificial intelligence studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT CSAIL and a Master’s degree in IT with a specialization in Decision Support Systems from Warsaw University of Technology. He actively shares insights about AI implementation strategies and emerging technologies through industry publications and speaking engagements, emphasizing the importance of careful planning in AI adoption and deployment.
